ADF Future Innovators Award

The Department of Defence, its employees and contractors, collects personal information about you for the purpose of making a payment to you as a recipient of a Long Tan Award or Future Innovators Award.  This includes your email address and your bank account details. Information collected about you will be treated as confidential and managed in accordance with relevant privacy legislation and the Defence Privacy Policy. Your information will not be used for any other purpose or be disclosed to anybody outside of Defence or overseas.

If you do not have an email address and/or bank account, or do not want to provide this information to Defence, you can instead fill out a Special Provisions Form with the assistance of your school.

If you want more information on how Defence handles your personal information, or you would like to access or request a change be made to that information, you should contact the Defence Privacy Officer at defence.privacy@defence.gov.au.
